STEP 1

YOUR VISION

Everything starts with the vision you have for your home. Do you want to stay long-term? Or renovate for sale? Renovate to rent? We love working with the first group, homeowners who are serious about investing in the home they live in now.

STEP 2

OUR CONSULTATION & PRELIMINARIES

A licenced builder will visit your home to talk about your ideal kitchen and any structural changes required around your kitchen space; everything you want for the new space to achieve desired outcomes.

We will provide you will a preliminary design and inclusions.

STEP 3

THE PROPOSAL & CONTRACT

After all preliminaries are done, interior designer will then visit to discuss colours, positioning and accessories to ensure everything is perfect before your project begins. We provide you with a fully documented Proposal, with drawings, pictures, guarantees, insurance summary and your fixed price, not one-more-cent-to pay, investment…and a written contract ready for signing by both parties

STEP 4

PROJECT SCHEDULING

Once you have signed our fixed-price contract and we agree a start date agreed on, we set about arranging materials, contractors, tradies and timelines as part of a promise we can make to you, that as Registered Builders, we take care of everything.

STEP 5

PROJECT COMPLETION

Your kitchen upgrade will be completed by our team of qualified and experienced tradesmen with a minimum of stress and inconvenience to your family.

STEP 6

REVIEW & SIGN-OFF

You will benefit from our straight-forward guarantee: Until you’re completely happy with your new kitchen, neither are we…and we will do whatever it takes to make it right, before we leave the site. And even then, our workmanship guarantee extends for 6 years beyond the completion date.

  Just the best!
Shane and his talented team at Goforth Building have done an outstanding job on my kitchen renovation. Shane took care of everything, sparing me the stress of having to find someone to draft up plans and layouts or find the extra Tradies. He was happy to spend a lot of time at the planning stage so I knew from the start how everything would look and function. All costs were clear from the start so I knew exactly what I had left in my budget to spend on appliances, lighting, etc.
Nothing in my old kitchen was straight or level and the floor needed to be restumped on one side. Plus, there was the old fireplace to deal with. Shane's team took it all on and the transformation is something to be proud of. The kitchen not only looks amazing but works really well.
I had constant contact on who would be onsite each week and was always spoken to with respect. Great care was taken with my property while the renovations were underway and the worksite was kept tidy.

  Shane and the team remodeled our kitchen and added a walk in butler pantry and modified our laundry.
They were great to work with, they were patient with us as we umm’d and ahh’d  about our final plans and were happy to advise on any decisions and questions we had throughout the project.
There was minimal disruption to our lives and we were always kept in the loop with timelines.
Finished product was exactly what we had hoped for.
Recommend GOFORTH for any prospective renovations, we look forward to continuing our association with the  GOFORTH team in the near future.

  We had a full kitchen refurbished. Out with the old and in with a custom design. From the listening to what was wanted, suggestion of other options,design,quote and fit out a fantastic experience.
The whole process was managed and we are so happy with our new kitchen.
If you are renovating this is the team to use
