We visit your home for a one-on-one consultation to understand how you live, what's not working in your current space, and your goals, vision and budget for the renovation.
We provide a preliminary design and inclusions package developed from our consultation, layout ideas, design concepts, colour inspiration, a fixtures and fittings schedule and 2D drawings. You'll also receive an estimated investment range to guide your planning and decision-making.
Once you're happy with the direction and investment range, we move into detailed design. Working with our in-house interior design team, you'll finalise your layout, colours, fixtures, elevations and finishes. We then prepare comprehensive documentation, technical drawings, elevations, electrical plans, 2D floor plans and 3D concepts, so every detail is resolved before construction begins.
Once your fixed-price contract is complete and your start date confirmed, our team begins preparing for construction. We organise materials, schedule trades, coordinate contractors and manage timelines, so everything is in place for a seamless renovation.
With all planning complete, our team gets to work bringing your renovation to life. Your project is completed by qualified, experienced tradespeople, with a dedicated site supervisor coordinating every trade, overseeing the work and keeping you informed throughout.
Before we hand over, we complete a final walk-through of every detail with you to make sure you're completely happy. Our commitment doesn't end there, we stand behind our workmanship and address any outstanding items before we leave site.
