With over 20 years in construction, Shane brings skill, reliability and a strong work ethic to every project, now steering the day-to-day operations from the office. He lives on a farm with his wife Larisa and their three children.
Larisa brings strong leadership and problem-solving from the public health sector, streamlining our processes and keeping every project on track. A mum of three, she loves baking bread and getting lost in a good book.
With a background in banking and a keen eye for design, Kendall is the friendly voice on the phone and our organisational powerhouse. She lives in Bendigo with her husband and their two children, and a serious appreciation for good coffee.
Rod oversees the day-to-day of every renovation with precision and more than 20 years of experience. Married with three children, he's happiest fishing on the Loddon River.
Wes brings more than 15 years of building industry experience and a wealth of knowledge to every project. A familiar face on site, he brings experience, attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. A family man with three children, outside of work he enjoys getting out for a long bike ride.
A designer and HIA Best Kitchen & Bathroom finalist, Amanda pairs a keen eye for design with a practical, buildable approach. Farm-based, she's married with two daughters.
Our cabinetry expert, Ash makes sure everything fits perfectly and looks great. He lives in Kangaroo Flat with his wife and children, and loves getting the family out on the speedboat.
Pete is mastering the trade one project at a time, a keen third-year apprentice fast becoming an all-rounder on site. Outside work you'll find him with friends and outdoors.
Felicity has a background in local government and the design industry, managing Australia's largest international design awards, the Victorian Premier's Design Awards and the Young Australian Design Awards. Felicity has overseen the development of high profile creative major projects and award-winning programs with a focus on user experience. In her spare time, Felicity enjoys renovating and styling houses prior to leasing and sale to maximise property value. Felicity lives in Bendigo with her husband and two kiddies.
Jon leads our marketing, promoting the business through creativity and strategy. He lives in Ballarat with his wife and two children, and plays and coaches basketball.
Every great team needs a Head of Wellness. Ellie keeps morale high, supervises smoko, conducts thorough quality inspections of every lunch, and ensures no team member goes a full day without a pat. Equal parts mascot and morale officer.
