Yes. Your contract with GOFORTH Kitchens Bendigo is for a FIXED PRICE! There will not be one more cent to pay UNLESS you make design changes or add a new feature to the original plan. If that does happen, we will provide you with a detailed Variation to Contract together with the extra (fixed) investment which we both agree on and sign.

You benefit from our fixed price contract because it means we include the costs associated with all the other trades (plumber, electrician, plaster, and painter). For you the extra benefit is a one-figure fixed) budgeted amount.

Yes. You don’t have to stress over any aspect of the project because we take care of everything, including all the others trades, their work quality and scheduling.

Yes. You need to ensure the old kitchen is packed up and ready to be stripped out by the agreed starting date. Your new appliances need to be delivered at least one day before they are to be installed.

You will probably need to set up a temporary kitchen in another area of the house. A temporary table – where you can keep a kettle, toaster and microwave etc will help to allay the short-term inconvenience while the renovation is underway.

Allow 4 weeks. We will do all we can to have your project completed in less than 4 weeks; some simpler projects may be completed in around 2-weeks, many come in at about 3 weeks…but it’s best to allow 4.

We believe it will. Also, years of experience has taught us there are two main things that influence a property sale (in terms of impact on potential buyers) – the kitchen (probably the most important room in any home) and the bathroom. So, your dream kitchen will not only provide for a better family atmosphere and functionality, it will most probably add to the value of your home.
